One promise a day.

Keeping going

Small wins

Making progress — even small progress — was the most common feature of people's best days.

Researchers read about 12,000 daily diary entries from people at work. On the days people felt best, the most common event was simply making progress on work that mattered to them.

Progress you can see feeds the next day's effort. That's what Proof is for: a record of the days you kept, which no single bad day can undo.
